We do not guarantee the readability of QR codes. Due to potential printing distortions and the influence of ink and substrate color contrast, we do not recommend using QR codes on our products, as these factors can affect their reliability.
Frosted cups are measured when filled to the brim. The measurement is taken using water without any ice.

Yes, we do. Occasionally, we ship extra frosted cups to account for any breakage during transit.
