PROCESSING & DELIVERY

At Wedding Cups, every personalized product is made with care and prepared especially for you. We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders to the contiguous 48 states. No minimum purchase is required.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Personalized products may require additional production time depending on the customization details and order volume.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been completed and shipped.

Delivery Time

Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days after your order has been processed.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, shipping carrier delays, holidays, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking link.

Lost or Damaged Packages

We take great care in packaging every order. If your package arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact us at orders@weddingcups.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

We will review the issue and provide a resolution, which may include a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Because personalized items are created specifically for each customer, please carefully review all customization details before submitting your order. We are happy to help resolve any errors caused by our production process or damaged items received during shipping.
