The print on the foam cups is not dishwasher safe. To preserve the quality of the imprint, we recommend hand washing all cups.
Unfortunately, our printing equipment does not support more than one color print. We can only print one color.
We do not guarantee the readability of QR codes. Due to potential printing distortions and the influence of ink and substrate color contrast, we do not recommend using QR codes on our products, as these factors can affect their reliability.
Foam cups are measured when filled to the brim. The measurement is taken using water without any ice.
The foam cups are made from Polystyrene Foam #6.

Yes, we do. Occasionally, we ship extra foam cups to account for any breakage during transit.
